Our capabilities
Manufacturing and quality
Luniva Plastik produces injection-moulded plastic furniture legs and components in Türkiye. This page explains how we approach production, quality and supply for furniture manufacturers and distributors.
Injection-moulded furniture components
Our furniture legs, feet, brackets and handles are made by plastic injection moulding. The process produces parts with the same shape and surface from one batch to the next – important when components are fitted on a furniture production line.
Details such as fluting, ribs, mounting plates and screw holes are moulded into the part itself, so components arrive ready for assembly.
Recycled raw material
Our standard production uses 100% recycled plastic. We select recycled raw material that is suitable for load-bearing furniture components – recycled food packaging is not used, because it does not provide the strength that furniture legs need.
If your project requires it, the same products can be made from virgin (non-recycled) plastic. Tell us in your enquiry which option you need, and we will confirm it in the quotation.
What we focus on
- Material selection – plastic suited to the part and its finish.
- Fit – threaded bolts, mounting plates and screw holes that line up with your furniture.
- Finish – clean surfaces and consistent colour across orders.
- Repeatability – the same specification on every repeat order.
Our quality approach
Our quality approach focuses on the points that matter most to furniture makers: shape, surface finish, colour consistency and correct fitting of bolts and mounting details.
If your project needs specific checks or documentation, tell us in your enquiry and we will confirm what we can provide.
Colours and variants
Our legs are produced in black, brown and white as standard. The Eymen, Bellona and Zirve models are also available in chrome and gold finishes, and the Zirve leg comes in three heights: 10, 12 and 14 cm. If you need a different colour, ask our team – we will tell you what is possible for your quantity.
Supply planning for B2B customers
Furniture production depends on parts arriving on time. When you share your expected volumes and delivery schedule, we can plan your orders and keep the same specification for repeat deliveries.
Minimum order quantities, packaging and delivery terms depend on the product and are confirmed in your quotation.
